It is with utmost shock and sadness that we inform the basketball community of the passing of Mr Tony Gomm this morning, 30 April 2019.

The Gomm family have been the pillar of basketball in the Western Cape for the last 50 years or so, contributing to so many aspect of the beautiful game. From being technical and officials specialists to teaching so many across the country. Tony Gomm will be greatly missed by the basketball community.

May his soul Rest In Peace.
