STEP 1: Prepare documents and preliminary steps
a) visit http://admin.ctba.co.za and download and complete the CTBA AFFILIATION FORM.
b) Pay the association affiliation fee and keep an electronic copy (pdf, photo) of the proof of payment.
c) ensure you have your club constitution.

STEP 2: Register a User
Register an account on the system by clicking either “START CLUB AFFILIATION” or “LOGIN”
Click on “create an account” and complete the application.
POINT TO NOTE: advisable to use the same email address as per Affiliation form completed in Step 1a.

STEP 3: League Office sets up User and Club
The Association will then link the user email to the club on the affiliation form completed in step 1a, and you will be informed when this process has been completed via email.
STEP 4: Club Affiliation
Once the association has completed the setup, you will be able to log in by clicking “LOGIN” or “START CLUB AFFILIATION”
on the below screen click on “click to start affiliation”



on the below screen you will need to attach your constitution, affiliation form and proof of payment prepared in Step 1.

On submission, your application will then be forwarded to the association for processing. Once completed, you will receive an email confirming the process has been completed.
When next you log on, you will be presented with the screen below:

STEP 5: League Registration
To registers teams into the various divisions of the CTBL, click on the “Click to enter your club into a league”
