open CTBA website (http://www.ctba.co.za)
Click on the ADMIN link to get to the CTBA club admin screen
Click on LOGIN to take you to the log in screen
Enter your user email address and email you received from the CTBA.
This is your official club login and all activity carried out with these details are binding to your club, so ensure it remains private and secure and is only used by a club official.
On your club admin screen, you will see a light blue link saying
“Click to enter your club into a league”
Click on the boxes to select which divisions you would like to enter teams into.
Enter some club info –
Your club’s kit colour(s),
any special requests (which will be considered, but cannot be guaranteed), and the detail about your home venue – if you have one suitable for league games.
… and finally, you may upload any accompanying documentation.
1) if you have a scanned application you would like to upload (this is optional)
2) if you have made your deposit and have the proof of payment
The proof of payment is optional in terms of completing this stage of your application. if you do not attach the proof of payment here you will have to email it to the league or your application will not be deemed complete.
