LOGGING IN :
STEP 1:
open CTBA website (http://www.ctba.co.za)
STEP 2:
Click on the ADMIN link to get to the CTBA club admin screen
STEP 3:
Click on LOGIN to take you to the log in screen
STEP 4:
Enter your user email address and email you received from the CTBA.
This is your official club login and all activity carried out with these details are binding to your club, so ensure it remains private and secure and is only used by a club official.

EDITING EXISTING MEMBERS :
STEP 1:
You will be taken to the Club Administration Screen.
Here, in the Club Membership box, click on the blue cog icon under Action …
STEP 2:
You will see all the teams associated with your club. Click on the Manage link …
STEP 3:
On the Manage screen, you will see a list of members in the selected team.
STEP 4:
Here you can manage certain member information …
the icons perform the following actions –

transfer – allow you to transfer a member out of your club |

move – move a member between teams within your club |

remove – remove a member from a team making them inactive for the season |

TRANSFERRING A MEMBER :
STEP 1:
Click on the Transfer icon
STEP 2:
Select the Club and Team the member wishes to transfer to
STEP 3:
You will receive an email when the league has completed processing the transfer …

ADDING A NEW MEMBER :
STEP 1:
Click on the Add member icon
STEP 2a:
Complete the form – capturing personal details. The process validates by ID/Passport Number, so if the member you are registering is already on the system, it will tell you the ID number already exists …
STEP 2b:
Choose the roles of the member you are adding …
STEP 2c:
Upload supporting documents. The maximum size for these is 2M. Please make sure your image is of ID type, with a clearly visible face, cropped to the shoulders, like the image in the example below.
STEP 2d:
Once you click submit, the process is not complete. You will be taken back to your club admin screen, and you will see this table …
as long as the application is listed in this block, it is not completed and your member can not as yet participate in any league activities. (if a member is on this list and you play them in a CTBL fixture, your game will be a forfeit.
STEP 2e:
You need to receive the below email in order to complete the process. Once you receive this email, check your club admin screen.
Your member Application block will not display the member application any longer, because the member has been added to the team you requested them to be added to.
STEP 2f:
Check your team management screen, and your newly registered player should display …
