Authorised roles create or submit announcements; publication may require association approval before items appear on the public site. Association administrators can manage social links, newsletter campaigns, and subscriber lists so the homepage and comms stay aligned with CTBA branding and governance.
When supported events occur—approvals, assignments, transfer updates, and similar—the system creates a notification for the affected user. Unread counts can appear in the dashboard shell so members notice work waiting without digging through email.
Reporting modules let association and club roles export or review operational and performance data depending on permission. Treasurers get finance-oriented reports. Club admins may see analytics tied to attendance or operations. Audit logs capture sensitive actions for investigation; some roles have read-only audit access to support transparency.
Referees and officials see assignments, matches, availability, post-match reports, payments, documents, and profile or settings areas scoped to officiating. Referee coordinators manage assignments and officials at association level. Score officials use workflows for assigned matches and live scoring. Medical staff use wellness- and clearance-oriented screens. None of these roles are given unrelated association-wide junior data or finance beyond what their duties require.
Members sign in with credentials issued or reset through normal security flows. Some signups create onboarding requests that platform administrators approve, attaching the correct role and club or team scope. Profile setup collects identity, emergency, and compliance fields (including optional photo and ID document) so registrations, transfers, and safeguarding stay consistent. Forgot-password and reset-password pages recover access without sharing passwords by email in plain text.
Personal and contact data is minimised by role: parents see household-appropriate information; club staff see their club; association staff see what operations need. If data is wrong, contact your club admin for roster or profile fixes or the association office for competition-wide corrections, with screenshots and identifiers. For general questions you can use the Contact page; for questions published on this FAQ page, use the Ask form—answers may appear in the community section when the president publishes them. A separate mobile client exists for members who prefer an app, while the web stays fully responsive.
